"Heard nothing but good about these units. We have had trouble with them since they have been installed. The outdoor unit has been replaced, and the indoor units do not seem to be working properly. There is a smell of mildew from one of them, another one has condensation, and none of them ever seem to satisfy (fan never goes below medium when set on auto)."
